Terms and conditions “Custom-made kitchen within a flat” offer

1. According to the offer conditions, client will receive a vaucher in the amount of
150 000 czk with VAT for ordering kitchen set including kitchen appliances from our partner cpmpany, the Katalpa Kuchyne.

2. Offer shall become effective subject meeting the following conditions:

– signing Agreement to enter into purchase agreement with PRECO GROUP s.r.o. in REZIDENCE ŠTITNÉHO 28 for the period from 19.10.2015 to 30.11.2015

– payment by the client shall be made in accordance with the conditions agreed and signed in Agreement to enter into purchase agreement.

3. Offer does not apply to customers that have signed Agreement to enter into purchase agreement with PRECO GROUP s.r.o. prior to 10/19/2015.

4. This offer and any other offers and promotions from the PRECO GROUP s.r.o. and / or from the Katalpa Kuchyne company are not cumulative.

5. In case of the price of the chosen by client kitchen set including kitchen electronic appliances will exceed the amount of 150 000 czk, client agrees to pay price difference that shall arise. In case of the chosen kitchen’s price, including kitchen electronic appliances will be below the amount of 150 000 czk, an emerged price difference shall not be reimbursed.
